Very shiok, always felt the normal portion doesn't have enough fish but this was more than sufficient

Apparently this is their max order for sliced fish

They always top up soup in your bowl at the end of booking, it's to dilute the broth otherwise it's too salty

The lobster was quite firm, it's okay. But the generosity of ingredients is impressive there's really a lot of ingredients, with double fish, meatballs, and clams(no prawns though)

The ratio of ingredients to rice is better than normal also, it's very good

Worth a try, just cos it's a good bowl not particularly for the lobster

Their seafood were all pretty fresh, scallop esp apart from the usual sliced fish and prawns. Clams were average

Solid version, mild with a ginger fragrance. Quite tender, only problem is the price haha rather expensive for hawker centre. Portion is pretty generous tho, more than feeds 1

Wanted to try the gravy but didn't want to get the whole pig trotter, so I ordered an egg. The egg was exceptionally hard, so much so that I wonder how they achieved it. It's almost like those vacuum sealed ones.

The sauce was pretty mild, esp the hint of vinegar. In fact the ginger aroma predominates, and there's a fair bit of sweetness as well

Portions much smaller now, 4/5/6 available. Definitely get the 6. Soup was flavourful but unnaturally so. Fish slices are pretty fresh, even at night

Both their chili's are unique. One is a sour garlicky watery kind. The other (orange) was positively bitter but adding a tad really helps amplify the umami
