Ho Kee Hakka Yong Tau Foo (Amoy Street Food Centre)

Finally fixed my Chee Cheong Fun craving at Ho Kee Hakka Yong Tau Foo ($5.20 for 7 ingredients + chee cheong fun) in Amoy Street Food Centre today🤤 The ingredients are fresh and my favourites are the fried eggplant and bitter gourd. The dash of dark sauce and chilli goes really well with the chee cheong fun - comfort food checked!

My all time favourite YTF ingredients are fried brinjal, fried bitter gourd and tofu✌🏻

I remember I used to always eat this at food courts when I was younger! The noodles are tossed in some oil which gives it its own unique taste in a good way The fish paste stuffed in the yong tau foo was yummy too :)
