a little underwhelming - i also was expecting the sweet sauce that most 蛋饼 in taiwan had!
the scene stealer in all that we’ve had - creamy and jam packed with eggy goodness that’s sandwiched between fragrant crisp toasted white bread. this was beyond a delight to have, it was comforting and entirely all meals worthy.
