The idea behind this plate of herb and feta topped golden fries is amazing, and I honestly would’ve exclaimed this my fave if they toned down on the seasoning of the fries itself — feta’s creamy and salty enough and salting the fries on top of that was overkill.

This Cypriot salad of grains, nuts, pulses and yogurt looks so unassuming, but the flavours in there are unbelievable. Just the right amount of bite in there, a light and refreshing vinaigrette that adds tons of flavour without getting heavy, and those sweet sweet ruby red pomegranate arils 😍 FYI I detest (yes it’s THAT strong a dislike for) coriander, but this salad was so yummy I had no problems eating them at all — quite the miracle!
