Yes, it's not a "ball" per se but the minced chicken paste was stuck to the wooden spoon and grilled with Teriyaki sauce to perfection. Great presentation and taste for S$4.90 and the portion is rather generous. Break off bits of the meat paste and dip it into the poach egg before transferring to you mouth! Personally, I feel that the marinate could do with a pinch of salt.
An appetizer - A bed of semi-raw, lightly grilled scallops garnished with julienned leek and shallots. The faint seasoning retains the sweetness of the scallops. I added a dash of shoyu to my taste. Reasonably priced at S$15.90 for this portion.
A must-try is their daily fish selection which is so fresh it needs nothing more than a light hand of salt and grilling to bring out the flavour of the bouncy meat. The sashimi was thick and really good too! | ★★★★★
