Guang Tai (Yuhua Market & Hawker)

A pretty popular stall that only sells one thing, so you know they're good if they've been open for so long

The soup is lighter than normal I believe(I don't have lor Mee very often). While I don't like lor mee's gravy in general, I feel their generous amounts of braised pork and their siobak really makes this a treat. Their siobak has a strong caramelised aroma. Couple that w their sour chili and their grated garlic makes this one of the most palatable lor mees I've ever had
