Tiramisu cloud. We kept wondering throughout the whole meal how the dessert would turn out. I thought it would be literally be fluffed like a cloud and dusted with cocoa powder. The tiramisu is much lighter than the usual tiramisu, without any ladyfingers. The texture was really soft like a cloud.
Button-shaped ravioli filled with ricotta cheese, tomato purée and basil. Our favourite part of the meal.
