Lots of longan inside, not so sweet too, loved the chopped and diced dried persimmon for a chewing good time.

Asian bingsu to fight this hot weather 😅 Special chendol with gula melaka. Hmmm little too sweet for someone who drinks black kopi kosong 😜

Priced at $2 a bowl, Four Seasons Ching Teng comes with lots of ingredients and is basically perfect for any weather. Chilled Cheng Tng for a hot day and warm Cheng Tng on a cold rainy day.
As one of the many desserts I enjoyed as a child, their rendition was pretty on point. It wasn't one dimensional as you could really detect the distinct sweetness profile of the elements. Refreshing and light, with just the right balance. And love having the hint of longan, persimmon and winter melon harmonised wonderfully.
Awesome treat for a hot day. The ice blocks adds the kick.
Four Seasons Ching Teng - The Cheng Tng has a hint of longan flavor and was not too sweet. There were gingko nuts, white fungus, served along with the other usual ingredients.
