The highlight of this dish has to be the fat, juicy and flavourful Sambal Mussels. Eating the mussels brings me back to my NUS days when I used to regularly patronise this Nasi Padang stall at my faculty canteen for their yummy sambal mussels. I really love the rich and creamy texture of the ice cream which is also not cloyingly sweet. The best part is that the toppings are free and unlimited! Only paid $2.00 (student price) for this cup of goodness. I'll be back. 😎 (Date: 5 August 2015 Wednesday)
