Inside, beautifully moist Cempedak puree and mascarpone cheese, drizzled with gula melaka syrup and coconut foam.
Some think the chempedak is probably the next "stinkiest" fruit after the durians. You either love it or hate it! This twist of flavours dessert is a must-try and coming to you soon in August.
Generous portion of the mackerel fish. Felt more like I was eating fish in thin otah wrap... Good if you like fish, and bad if you were expecting a whole lot more otah... which I was...
Very rich creamy durian flavour. Gula Melaka didn't over power but compliments well with the paste. Two thumbs up.
Maybe they should half the portion and price. Ice shaving was too coarse. Disappointed there was no red beans. Won't wanna order this again.
The space here is huge with a contemporary setting, so you can have business meals here or a casual meetup with friends. Slipper lobster with chilli is one of the signatures of the restaurant. Read more: http://www.misstamchiak.com/flavours-at-zhongshan-park-peranakan/

Launching Aug, the full-flavoured, crisp Fried Otah with curry-spiced fries (a twist on Fish&Chips) is a definite must-order.
This is Itek tim which is salted veg n duck soup. It's one of my fav soup . ( Thanks to Ramada hotel for the giveaway of set lunch for 2 )
Wish they'd give more per serving! Chicken was tad dry and probably overcooked but the flavour is yums.
