First Love Patisserie is Jakarta based, using the Mille crepe cake recipe from a Hokkaido chef. Flavours available : original, oreo, strawberry etc
Dubbed as "Hokkaido Thousand Layer Cake", this Mille Crepe felt less sweet in comparison with Lady M's because the torched caramel layer was not as thick. This however made the pastry cream stood out with its milky sweetness. First Love Patisserie's rendition also feels somewhat firmer as each layer felt tightly packed to each other.
Awesome mille crepes! Super soft and creamy. These are SOOO much better than the ones from EWF. Tried all flavours except strawberry. Original is the best, oreo and cappuccino are not bad too, matcha was a lil weird.
