The fish soup comes in four signature flavours - Spicy Poached (水煮鱼), Sauerkraut (酸菜鱼), Tomato and Collagen fish soup priced at $9.80 per order. Each portion of soup also comes with two sides of choice and a bowl of rice.
The spicy poached fish soup is made from dried chilli padi, spicy chilli sauce, spicy bean sauce and dried chilli padi flakes join forces with special spice-infused chilli oil for that extra kick. Its classic mala flavours will meet the palates of those who love spicy food.
They ran out of the usual seabass so we had top-up for groupers. Their recommend sides for this soup are enoki mushroom and tapioca noodles. They have a good variety of sides such as big beansprouts, black fungus, Chinese lettuce, enoki, romaine lettuce, pine mushroom, tofu, tofu skin, broad topicals noodles and glass noodles.
