UHSIO has indoor & outdoor seatings. Outdoor seating provides excellent view of Marina Bay, a great vantage point on New Year's Fireworks. It truly is a breathtaking view.

The Hamachi Kama Shioyaki, is basically a Charcoal grilled amberjack collar served with sea salt. Fish was soft and tasted very fresh. Goes very well with the sea salt

Food here is rather Pricey, but the view is fantastic, a great place to hang out with friends for sake with the backdrop of Marina Bay
