Taiwanese Oyster omelette This stall in the shopping mall has been around for many years and it us one of the smaller but equally nice Taiwanese food in Singapore.

Today we ordered the oyster omelette around $10. A bit different from the Singapore version as this one is flat and very starch. It also has tomato syrup on top.

Overall we rate this dish 7/10. Too much starch and the oyster a bit small. Also serves good pork rice at $7.00
