Their version of the Bak Kut Teh (Pork Ribs soup) broth is a lighter, peppery one and admittedly, the pork ribs are less fall-off-the-bone tender than another chain's. They got their preserved vegetables right though. It's an appetite-whetting balance of saltiness without being too sweet.
