An hour away from Tokyo for the freshest sashimi and seafood, this gorgeous platter of hamachi, aji, tai, tako, katsuo and aji was the best way to end a beach day – alongside sumo wrestling, ice cold Asahis and lots of laughs.
Incredibly fresh [we are quite literally next to the sea], this katsuo is beautifully crisp and delicious! Wish we took a close up to show you how good it is. The best way to celebrate Sea Day.
