You probably haven’t hear about this artisanal bakery, because they are located in a very hidden location. But upon Googling about it and you will find many articles about their madeleines.

A short walk from one-north MRT Station, the shop is hidden at the retail area of one-north Residence.

Recommended to order one day in advance to avoid disappointment, all their bakes here are handcrafted using premium ingredients. So do expect higher price.

Their Gift-A-Box Madeleines is a perfect option as a gift to people, and of course I’m getting myself a box of it as well to try.

There’s total of 6 different flavours in a box, which consist of Lavender Earl Grey Madeleine with Milk Chocolate Glaze, Cranberry Rose Madeleine with Belgium Ruby Chocolate and Edible Roses, Kyoto Matcha Madeleine with Passionfruit Chocolate and Crushed Pistacho, Coconut Madeleine with Gula Melaka and Desiccated Coconut, Nutty Almond Madeleine and Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Madeleine.

I do believe they have made lots of effort to create each of them and I could enjoy every bites of it.
