Chazuke is rice bowl dish where you pour hot soup or tea in, for the soupy experience. This bowl may be small but there’s 6 slices of Wagyu beef placed on top of the rice! Look so beautiful and fatty. When pouring in the hot soup, it partial cooked the meat, and it kinda melts in my mouth. Yakiniku don don being a popular Japanese BBQ place, how can I not promote their ox tongue! The ox tongue with spring onion ($22) have a slight chewy texture but so yummy when grilled. Overall a shiok shiok makan session
