I found this ice cream shop right at the entrance of Universal Studios at Resort World Sentosa and seems very popular among the tourists.

Carnival Ice Cream serves 36 types of flavours everyday and their Italian ice cream flavours are made freshly.

I wasn’t sure what they used to make this flavour called the Barcelona. But it tasted sweet enough and strong nut taste.
