Using only the best quality produce from the market, Chef Thé specially arrived early in SG to replicate the original Strawberry Watermelon Cake! 😱❤️❤️❤️

Consisting of two layers of almond dacquoise, rose-scented cream 🌷, watermelon 🍉, strawberries 🍓 and garnished with pistachios and dried rose petals, I was amazed how everything fit so well together while maintaining the light fruity flavours carefully handpicked by Chef Thé. Definitely worth my $10, and I truly hope to savour the original in its hometown one day!
