Banelé started as a home-based business by a former school teacher, before opening this physical shop at Chancery Court.

A very bright and simple interior occupied mostly by vivid yellow design with wide window bringing in the nature light. A very limited seating area and tables available inside the shop. Otherwise, there’s a few chairs outside the shop also.

If this is your first time visiting the shop, then you definitely should grab their signature banana bread in the shape of brownie.

It is basically a crusty banana-filled bite with a Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate heart. Which I find it tasted more chocolate on the top of the banana flavour.

They will heat it up for you if you eat it on the spot, otherwise you can bring back home and follow the instruction to heat it up; in order to enjoy the crusty bites.
