Heavy in tasty, on the salty side due to the soy sauce added. But the udon is QQ and it goes very well with a clear soup base. I enjoy the cube of butter and the runny egg yolk. Add on char siew, which is just 2 additional thin piece, not worth at all. I would have enjoyed it a lot more if it’s a lighter soup base
