Bika ambon (tapioca based cake), spiku or lapis Surabaya (Surabaya layered cake), kue lapis (traditional layered cake) and otak otak (fish cake).

The bika ambon and otak otak were superb. Different from the Malaysian ones but equally as yummy!

However I find the traditional kue lapis from Indonesia too rich and heavy. I prefer it less sweet and lighter.
