Rigatoni with seared prawns, prawn butter, mentaiko and topped with konbu, parsley and parmesan. The prawns were chopped into pieces rather than a whole. I was expecting a cream-based mentaiko pasta but this came saucier and not creamy at all. The mentaiko flavour was rather mild and the overall flavour leans more on the salty side.
