Although I can be harsh, usually when I criticise a place, it's with the hope they improve. This however was so bad I felt they should cease to exist. How do you make such lousy meatballs when you're a beef eatery? And when people think of beef soup, they don't expect such run-of-the-mill soup. Considering they charge significantly higher than hawkers, those failures are unforgivable. Vacate please.
