Korean rendition of my favorite egg dish, Chawanmushi <3 ($8.80) except this one is better because its so much bigger and the sight of the hot stock bubbling over the edges of the pot is so much more appetite-whetting than a tiny teacup 😂

Its really light-tasting, almost bland. Almost to the point where I can't tell its made from egg and I settled with enjoying the light, fluffy texture with the kimchi and some of the other banchans.

But this is really my first time trying this egg dish, so I'm not sure its supposed to be this bland or whether it was just this restaurant's recipe. Still, quite a good appetizer to go along with a heavy meaty meal :)
