Most people should familiar with this stall at this food centre, as the queue is always long and usually take about half an hour just to reach the front of the stall to make your order.

You would see them patiently getting your order, preparing it bowl by bowl non-stop.

I went for the dry version as I want the taste to be stronger with the soy sauce. Not disappointing at all with the overall flavour.

Love the texture of the sheng mian, that goes well with the simple ingredients of dried anchovy and prawns. Accompanied with a whole bowl of the soup.
