We've developed a big love for Korean banchan, especially for these delicious pickled eggs, so today we decided to pickle our own eggs! Here's how to prepare pickled quail eggs in 6 simple steps.

Recipe:
1. Boil the quail eggs for 5-6 minutes.
2. De-shell the eggs and place in a jar.
3. Combine soy, sugar, garlic and vinegar. [Note that too much garlic will make the mixture bitter.] Bring to a boil and simmer.
4. Pour the braised liquid into the jar.
5. Add chili as desired.
6. Seal the lid shut. Refrigerate for 3-5 days and it's ready to eat.

Enjoy! 😄 #mandylynnskitchen #GourmetAdventuresInSeoul
