Congrats to Gaggan for retaining their crown in Asia again. Always a delight to dine here. Chef Anand's creativity continues to push boundaries. Here is one of the interesting and quirky dish he served up at my last visit. Aptly named "Brain Damage", it's actually a macaron powdered with dehydrated tomatoes and Lambs' Brain mousse as it's filling! Mind bogglingly delicious!!😊
