The location is at the revamped flagship store near serangoon Broadway studio. What's new is that there is a dine in place at the back of the retail shop now! It is interesting that every dish here on the menu has bakkwa infused in it! My favourites for the night was the DIY sliders ($14++). Firstly, the plating was soooo aesthetically pleasing, especially the small cute quail egg! Secondly, it was so fun to DIY your own burger. Every ingredient here went so well tgt, from the buttered buns, to the gold coins bakkwa, to the caramelised onion, and finally w the kick-ass sambal sauce! My next fav dish of the night was the gourmet enoki roll ($9.50++). Im glad I took the advice to finish the whole roll in one mouthful, because with that you won't waste a single drop of the sauce that came with it! Also, if you are wondering, that is a thinly sliced piece of carrot wrapping it! I also loved the truffle mushroom salad ($16++)! The truffle taste was super strong and I loved the crunchy and soft chewy texture all in one. It comes served with the beef bakkwa (but do ask the staff if you wish to change to pork bakkwa). The chicken roulade ($22++) was also an interesting dish for me, as I have never tried the crispy bakkwa before! Do give this a try if anyone is curious!
