There’s a few Japanese restaurants in Alexandra Central, Minami Maki is one of it located at level 2.

They are consider a small eatery here with just a few tables, serving Japanese sushi, sashimi and don.

Most people would come here for their sushi (maki), which has great selection of it on the menu.

There’s 2 signature sushis which are their creation item on the menu. Gotten the second one, which made from tempura prawn, egg, cucumber, avocado topped wuth awanori furikake.

Came with a total of 8 piece, definitely my favourite for someone who love tempura prawn. You can make it a meal by topping up to complete it with salad, miso soup and drink.
