Don’t think I’ve had anything like this before and I really enjoyed it! With avocado cubes, crunchy sakura shrimp and pesto sauce on a teppan cheese base, you get a variety of textures and likeable flavours. The edges of the cheese base was crispy while it retained that slight chewy centre. Remember to use Burpple Beyond when you’re here, you can choose from their meat steak, seafood or agemono dishes for one-for-one.
