Everyone’s favourite starter was the 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘂 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. Drizzled with truffle oil, caressed by kombu flakes and kissed by grated parmesan, these captivatingly crispy shoestring fries were irresistible. So damn amazing were they that my dining companions considered ordering another portion.
