My love for unagi as always and excited when there’s new unagi place in town.

Unagi Daioh started selling their signature unagi in Jurong inside Donki’s food court, which I been before and love it. Since the place will be close for redevelopment soon, they have to opened their new outlet right at the city centre.

House within the area filled of Japanese restaurants under Orchid Hotel, you can continue to enjoy some pretty decent unagi here.

I wasn’t looking for something very full at night, so their half side is good portion for me.

Using their signature A5 grade unagi, which steamed and grilled to achieve the tender texture of Tokyo style.

The meat is soft, seasoned well with the sauce. Accompanied with unagi bone crisps and unagi soup to complete the meal.
