The Iberico Pork Tomahawk ($48) was simply drool-worthy with its smoky aroma, and delightfully tender texture. It came with roasted rum-infused pineapples on the side, as well as a moreish pistachio crust that we devoured. The Prime Ribeye ($48) was served medium-rare, as recommended by our friendly waiter, and the bite was just perfect. Though the portion looked
small, it still made for a filling meal. Don't skip the side dishes because they are a great complement to the meal! The Paris Mushrooms ($10) were bathed in a laksa beurre blanc sauce that was simply addictive, and when you mix in the poached egg on top, it's the bomb! Also ordered the Brussel Sprouts ($8) which were served crisp, with bacon on top. It was an acquired taste, but we enjoyed it increasingly as the meal went by. #burpple
