While the 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁 looked gorgeous, the tart shell was too hard to even cut apart using the fork provided. The pleasantly tangy passionfruit cream was complemented nicely by the sweet meringue, so this would've been an excellent dessert if the tart shell was softer.

I'm impressed with the offerings at @cielpatisserie and wouldn't hesitate to make a return trip to try the other items on the menu.
