With Burpple Beyond, I have 1-for-1 mains. The 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 ($25) was sublime. Terrifically tender beef slices resting on a mountain of mashed potatoes and served with a generous portion of sauteed mushrooms before being inundated with a punchy red wine sauce, this dish was as deliriously delicious as it sounds. The secret weapon in this arsenal of flavour bomb was the tiny bacon strips, whose crispness provided a nice textural contrast. If I had one complaint, the mashed potatoes weren't creamy enough.
