[CLOSED] ENAQ The Prata Shop (Ghim Moh)

Huge portion and would recommend sharing. The dish was served piping hot and the edges were really crispy! I felt that the chicken filling was dry but if you drench it in curry it will be alright.

Crispy, but lacking the sourness of a fermented dough. There’s a prata taste to it. They probably used the same oil to cook it. Daal was thick and flavourful!!

This Ghim Moh outlet located next to hawker centre is aircon and cosy.

We love the sambal which comes with the prata. The prata is big and crispy. This set here with drink is less than $5.
Rating 9/10 because we love the sambal. Very nice prata too.

Must order their prata kosong ($1.20). The chilli at the side adds the kick! Teh Halia was above average with a good taste of ginger.

One of the best prata I have ever had, simply because it’s incredibly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and freshly made upon order!

I came with my family for dinner. Pratas are crispy and not oily. Curry fish is good also. Will go again.
