Steamboat is one of my favourite thing to eat. Loving the idea of sitting together for a wonderful meal.
A whole wintermelon sitting in a pot of clear broth with some traditional herbs. The raw wintermelon will cook down along the eating process. At the end of the meal, wintermelon become the best thing to eat.
A little dissapointed that the clam wasn't very fresh and out table located at a warm corner.
