Finally got to taste Edith’s earl grey, salted speculoos, matcha & hazelnut brownies & blondies! So good! I can’t figure out which is my favourite! So I shall show no favoritism tonite.
Delish chunks of lychee sandwiched between rose scented cream and the fluffy sponge cake, really yummy on every bite. No wonder it’s one of their popular cakes around ! 😊

Their matcha blondie were life changing for me but the cake didn't impress.
The sponge was quite moist and studded with lychee bits which I really appreciated. The floral aroma was abit too strong for me though, it seems very unnatural. And their cream sucks. It's heavy and oily. And salty too if I rmb, which doesn't work here
Paid $85 for this customised cake. It's one of the most professional teams I've ever experienced, answering questions from options to price per letter. I taste more lavender than earl grey in there, maybe 6:4 in taste but cake was moist and fresh. Picked up from their shop- it was super pretty and staff were just professional and happy. Edith has always been my go-to for any customised cakes. Professional, dependable.
Finally I got to try the Matcha Blondies ($9.70) from Edith Patisserie (@edithpatisserie). Using matcha powder imported from Japan, the natural bittersweet taste and robust matcha flavour explode with every bite I take. 😍
