A good meat-free option, this was dry noodles with eggplant and tofu. Taste was good but may get a bit jelak from the sweetness.
This dish shouldn’t make sense but it does! Chanced upon this place which is a step down from Din Tai Fung quality but what an interesting and delicious dish. The egg had a strong wok hey flavour too!

A strange version. The crust bottom means there's some sticking to a pot involved, but the dumplings seem so unrelated and possibly cooked separately. The upside was they're big.
Everything was on point. The key highlight over other chilli oil wantons was how big they were, instead of the usual small wantons.
Very drunk lol. Of all food infused with alcohol that I've tried, this was the strongest. The bird used was good enough. This dish looks small but there's a lot of meat.
Inferior to the one at Wah Lok, but acceptable. Eat while hot, if not the experience plummets soon after.
