I frankly could not finish this one, but I’m happy to say that my dining compatriots did!
@montanasingapore is bringing the heat with their Samyang Fire Carbonara, and it’s tongue-numbing from first bite to the last. If you’re a fan of spicy food, this is the one for you!
Samyang Fire Carbonara ($16.80) is another new addition to the menu that everyone is so curious to try. Not a waffle like the ones above, but a pasta dish! We had the level 1, 3 & 5 plates served to us, in increasing order of spiciness.
Level 1 was good, & the humji me could probably finish it by myself. Level 3 had better flavours but is also obviously spicier (see the more intense colour of the dish?) - this isn't something I'd be able to finish on my own. Level 5 was something I dared not even go near! The spice really hits you in the face, according to my spicy-loving friends Victoria & Amanda. The common consensus that 3 was better & perhaps 4 (which we didn't try) would be the sweet spot. Try it if you dare....

Milo Churros Waffle & Matcha Oreo Waffle.
Yep! They are pretty instagrammable but for me that not the point, the point is are they nice to eat, can it satisfy the sweet fairy.😂
Waffle exterior is crisp but still can be improve. Interior no doubt is soft & fluffy.
Though their waffles are infused with respective taste of milo or matcha but the taste isn't strong enough. I like how their waffle is huge & fulfilling; because towards the end I can't finish it.
For us, we think the waffle taste kinda funny but can't tell what is it. It may be us only.
For the ice cream, it rather normal & it melt way too fast. Hoping the ice cream to be more robust in flavour.

Like any typical creamy carbonara, with the additional of samyang spice & chilli padi. BOOM! A new dish has evolve.
As a lover of carbonara & spicy food, I approve of this level 5 Samyang Fire Carbonara.(Secretly hoping there are more levels😈)
Slurp it down within 15 mins for an insanely pleasure of mind & taste. You will not regret!😅
I must say it got me to perspire after eating more than 70% of it. Even more enjoyable than eating Samyang Noodles x2 spicy + chilli padi which is how I normally eat.
You may say that is crazy. But oh well are we normal to begin with? 😂
Mac & Cheese ball nothing special, just it's wrapped into a ball with batter & deep fried.
My friend got their Burger & Fries. Burger was kinda normal though the patty is large & juicy but it lack the taste. Fries was a bit lifeless in my opinion.

If you love the Korean spicy samyang noodles, you’ll probably love this! They have levels 1-5 . We were told that The Korean noodles was a 3 so we decided to give level 4 a go! It was spicy with a kick. If you are a chilli padi lover like me, hahah you could prob give level 5 a go as level 4 was pretty manageable 😝

An (obvious) pro tip: Stick to the lower levels if you value your tastebuds and possibly your life. I found Level 2 to be my sweet spot.
It’s spicy yet shiokk.
They have level 1-5, but I recommend the level 2 as the spiciness is kicking and enjoyable.
I tried the level 4 and it’s soooo spicyyyy!
Tips: prepare yourself a glass of milk if you want to order level 4-5 ✌️
