Eating this by myself gave me a straight up food coma especially because there were 5 pancakes + a whole mountain of whipped cream + i indulged myself a bit too much with the syrups they had. What's unqiue about this place is that they offer coconut and guava syrup apart from the usual maple syrup! Pancakes weren't super fantastic but they were decently fluffy. Comes with macadamia nuts too which i chose not to have

After having the pancakes, I'm afraid the french toast was a total letdown. Expected shibuya toast thickness but came to be about just 2 slices of bread thick. Tasted pretty average that anyone could just whip up at home.
These were soooo good, light and fluffy and goes well with the coconut syrup.
Extremely soft and fluffy, the crunchy nuts added to the pancakes contributed a nice textural contrast to the dish. It comes doused in a sweet white chocolate ganache before being topped with delicately sweet red beans and mandarin-shaped red bean paste mochi. However, it might get overwhelming after a while, so the dish is best shared among friends.

The ultimate combination of Bee Cheng Hiang bak kwa and roasted garlic fried rice topped with sunny sideup.
Fragrant, full wok hei, the garlic fried rice is done to point. The bak kwa gives the rice an additional bite and hint if sweetness amongst the garlicky savoury.
Personal favourite.

P3: Eggs Benedict with crackling roasted pork belly with mustard hollandaise sauce $18.88.
Crisp crackling and soft tender slow-cooked pork belly on Brioche topped with poached egg and mustard hollandaise sauce.
The mustard hollandaise sauce helps to alleviate the appetite. With the flowing egg yolk, the whole dish is very visually appealing.
The crispy potato croquettes as the filler to a fulfilling meal.

P4: Azuki mochi pancakes with white chocolate ganache $18.88.
@eggsnthingssg Signature pancakes, chewy mochi with red bean paste topped with luscious white chocolate ganache and sweet red bean.
The pancakes, filled with pistachios and nuts, are light and fluffy. Pretty addictive and very filling too.
The white chocolate ganache is light, not cloy. Goes very with the pancakes though there are syrups available by the table side.

The refreshing and sweet green tea, blend of citrus, herbs and honey.
A very refreshing citrus drink.

The apple crumble and ginger pancakes worked so well together. Loved it. My only gripe was those silver dragees so unexpectedly hard I almost broke my teeth. They just don't pair with such a fluffy dish.
4-piece stack of ginger and nutmeg pancakes topped with toffee sauce, and loaded with apple cinnamon and crumble.
