Can’t think of a better way to start Sunday. The team at @littlefarms cafe always puts a smile on my face. They are genuinely warm and passionate about what they put on the table. Some may complain that the prices are a tad steep but hey, you pay for what you get. No one ever thinks twice when they buy an alcoholic drink or splurge on a cocktail. Feed your body right. This smashed avocado is one of the best I’ve had and it’s only because they use the very best avocados and a feta that’s to die for.
With a little bit of dill creme fraiche, this was a delicious, healthy and definitely keto compliant brekkie. Love the food here as I know they only use great ingredients and the service here is fabulous. They are the kind of team that puts a smile on your face even on the greyest mornings. Thank you!
Happy holiday vibes and a hearty brekkie after a good workout. I love the food here at @littlefarms. Always fresh, healthy and service with a smile.
Wasn't expecting much from this but it turned out better than most smashed avos around. The mash was creamy with nice avo bits for texture. Bread wasn't chewy and the on point poached eggs just seal the deal. Personally would have preferred more crumbled feta, but the default amount balanced the flavours well enough.
An oldie but always a goodie, this is one of my favourite renditions thanks to perfectly seasoned and creamy avo, the welcome salty bits of feta and spot-on poached eggs. The menu at this grocer-cafe is packed with simple, uncomplicated classics that are (mostly) done right. Helps that they get fresh ingredient picks from their adjoining grocer!
Simple as it seems, this surprised us as one of the better versions of smashed avo toasts. The sourdough, thin and crisp, holds a bed of creamy avocado with marinated feta and two poached Australian eggs. I think it was the rich and slightly zesty feta plus a generous dousing of olive oil that gave the dish its final touch. No complains, especially since you know the produce is as fresh as they come (Little Farms is first and foremost a grocer).
