Rawon is very normal beef soup made with keluak that can be found in East Java, Indonesia. For the first timer, they might be very disgusted due to the color of the soup. However, its worth to try as it is delicious.
For the rawon at Impian Wahyu, the rawon soup taste a bit too sweet for me that prefer a saltish taste. Inside has one slice of beef meat, and the rawon come with squashed meat aka Empal and Tempe.
One of the things that surprise me is the SAMBAL. The handmade chilli is super nice. The recommended food here bases on the owner is Oxtail Soup or Sup Buntut and Nasi Penyet
Super good, comforting bowl of oxtail soup in an unassuming coffeeshop more known for their ayam penyet. With chunks of tender oxtail and deep flavors, would say that this was one of the best oxtail soup Iβve tried.

The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and oh-so tender and easily eaten with a fork and spoon π Nasi goreng was flavourful and the oxtail soup might be too ιε£ε³ for some people, but it should be just nice to accompany the white rice π
Sup Buntut Oxtail which is a broth swimming with a generous amount of carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and oxtail meat.Β The vegetables added a touch of sweetness to the dish as well.
