The chilli pepper takes center stage in this vegetarian dish, Poblano Pepper, that is stuffed with lots of gooey cheese, sweet corn and crunchy zucchini. It is deep fried with a coat of beer batter till golden brown and served in a bed of creamy corn sauce and red salsa, a meatless dish can be full of indulgence too!
This pepper’s not just big in size, it’s big on flavour as well. Slice through the crisp outer shell of beer batter and soft pepper, then watch with satisfaction as its contents lazily spill out. Stuffed with corn, zucchini, almonds, raisins and cheese, the pepper is also served in a pool of truly addictive red salsa and creamy corn sauce that you’ll just want to lap up.
