These come as a set with the rice bowls! The coconut soft serve with brown sugar was really nice- it had tiny chunks of coconut flesh inside the soft serve and the brown sugar really adds an extra punch. The coconut water was also quite nice and had lots of flesh. It’s also less sweet if you’re trying to be healthier!
Apart from their in-house Fish Sh-nack’s donburi series, you can complete your meal with a $3 top-up. Wash things down with their Coconut Shake ($4.90) made with a blend of Thai coconut water and bits of coconut flesh or end off on a sweeter note with their Coconut Soft Serve ($4.90). Dairy-free and vegan friendly, the nutty swirls was just the right consistency - not too icy and fab with the organic gula melaka drizzle and powder. Not cloying either, I would definitely recommend having the soft serve if you are in the area seeking for a light refreshing treat.

🤔Just a few days into its launch, the small shop nestled in a corner of International plaza might not be easy to spot and it's meant mainly for takeaway (though there are a few seats available). Usually not a fan of coconut but this one struck me by surprise and I was glad that I gave my tastebuds a challenge and tried it! Made from 100% Thai coconut water and flesh, the softserve is light, icy and refreshing. Topped off with gula Melaka crumbs and sauce, this combination never goes wrong and I simply adore the powdery, crumbly texture of the gula melaka that also added a pleasant tinge of luscious sweetness! Indeed a refreshing treat when the weather shows no mercy and one ideal dessert to end a heavy and sinful meal! (PS: There's a $1 discount now for their opening promotion, while stocks last!) Gonna be back to try their don next time! 😋
