All the cakes were super good except the suzette which was disappointing as the cake at the center of the mousse was very little and the mousse tasted like whipped cream. Hojicha cake was not too rich but had a decent amount of hojicha flavour. It was alternated with layers of cream and sponge, in which the sponge was slightly dry, but overall super delicious and not too sweet. Earl chocolate had a decent earl grey taste and was really rich as the bottom was a rich brownie base and mousse. Hazelnut praline had a fragrant hazelnut flavour and had a crunchy base which was really a good addition to the texture of the cake.

Perfect for teatime in small groups, pop by this quaint cafe for gorgeous and delicate creations. Try the elegant Suzette ($9.80) that is both a treat for the eyes and the tastebuds โ think smooth, creamy chocolate, orange caramel and liquored mousse on top of tart base. Worth the calories, Miss Ispahan ($9.80) is a rose cream delight with rapsberry confit, lychee gelee, vanilla sponge and brown sugar sable. With the #BurppleBeyond deal, pair your cakes with a drink, like the refreshing Hibiscus Lime Tapping Tapir drink ($6).

Suzette ($9.8)-waitress told me its super sweet, okay it was, moussy type of cake. Caramel really sticky, but was one really good cake 4.25/5
Order the matcha cake (not in pic) and the Suzette ($9 each). Marcha cake was soft and moist, we love like it. But Suzette was way too sweet for us. Maybe we will return to try the cheese toast soon! ๐๐ป2.5/5

Suzette ($9.80)
Finally had tea @dear.nesuto and ordered the Suzette. So pretty was this that I knew it would be next on the list after my tiramisu experience! Loved the ivoire 35% 'grand marnier' chocolate mousse and the orange caramel filling!
The accompanying Kuki-houjicha tea with roasted nuts and caramel tones ($9/pot) also paired really nicely with the dessert!
An elegant entremet inspired by the French dessert Crรชpe Suzette. Imagine creamy layer of dulcey cremeux with orange caramel and Ivoire 35% Grand Marnier mousse atop crunchy Santiago tart base. Smooth texture and delicately sweet, the flavours blend together harmoniously. Recommend to go along with @antea.social Dong Ding Oolong!
