Food here at Wine & Chef was decent, much of fusion between asian & western. I love their Curry Pork Knuckles with Acha pickles. Alcohol was the main lead here, lotsa wine. Probably after a few drinks, you won't know what you eating already.. Hahaha.. They have "wine" for kids too! Anyway, a great place for wine lovers.

Love the generous portion, a huge pork knuckle with a good ratio of tender, lean pork meat to succulent fat.

The homemade curry sauce is nicely thick and savoury salty in flavour, but makes the Curry Pork Knuckle crackling less crisp than it should be.

The surprising highlight was the delicious Achar, a medley of homemade pickled cabbage, cucumber, carrots, and pineapples, juicy sweet sour yet still pleasant.

Not your usual crispy roast but rather it is very tender on the inside only to be drizzled by a savoury curry sauce. Definitely a must try on the menu!
Curry Pork Knuckle ($20)
I saved the best for last! This curry pork knuckle @wine.n.chef is a definite must order! The serving portion can easily feed 4 and how convenient is it to have the entire knuckle deboned and cut into small pieces for you? 😱 the pork knuckle was tender and when coupled with that homemade curry gravy, it's just perfect!
Also love that generous serving of achar that came with this dish to help tune your tastebuds back after that knuckle-blowing dish! I only wished the skin was a lil crispier but that's just nitpicking!
