Tom yum soup is sweet-soury with customisable spice level. Medium level of spiciness goes perfectly with the tom yum flavour. The yentafo soup is sweet and refreshing, I believe it comes from radish and fish, good for a light dinner.
Usually with this type of noodles (similar to mee hoon kway), I don't prefer to eat it in a soup. Well, this is one exception! I do find it enjoyable to slurp it π
The sauce for salmon skin reminds me of som tum (papaya salad)! Even with generous portion of it, I could go for seconds π

Love it β€
Deep fried salmon skin and white radish is certainly something you don't get in your yong tau foo everyday! For desserts, we had Homemade Coconut Ice Cream with Rainbow Sparkles ($5)! ~

A generous plate of Thai Yentafo with 9 'treasures' such as fish ball, squid ball, fried tofu, black fungus, fried salmon skin and grass jelly (to replace pig's blood pudding), paired with flat wide rice noodles and signature pink sauce imported from #Bangkok. If you love spicy food, opt for Rod-Jeb ('screaming' spicy) when ordering. It's not really spicy at first bite BUT the spiciness hits you slowly but surely after awhile. A soup version ($8.50) is also available. The perfect #comfortfood on a cold, rainy day as the fiery pink sauce will keep your body warm through the night.
A sharing portion of crispy salmon skin served w 'yum' sauce aka salad sauce. This dish definitely works best as an appetizer! W the tangy spicy yum sauce drizzled & tossed w the crispy salmon skin, it'll bound to whet & prep your appetite for the main dishes coming up next! π π¦π
The dry version of this dish consists of thin; soft kway teow, YTF's authentic pink sauce & 9 Treasures (fish ball, squid ball, fish ball w tofu, fried tofu, fried seasoned taro & black fungus mushroom, grass jelly, crispy fish skin & Thai morning glory) β€οΈβ€οΈ As you can see, the generous portion of ingredients totally outweighed the kway teow proportion! & I'm not complaining! It's like our local yongtaufu but w upgrades! ππ» & do rmb to have it w their house chilli πΆ Caution: Have it in moderation as the Thais do know their spices well & this chilli sure gives one hell of a kick! ππ₯ Definitely a great option for lunch in townπ΄
